Here we go. The true mark of Springtime: Lettuce! We'll try to keep lettuce coming throughout the season as much as possible, but really Spring in the best time! This lettuce blend gives a mildly sweet flavor. It's a beautiful mix of reds and greens and tastes delicious. Adds color and texture to salads, and great on sandwiches.
