Welcome to Farm School at Nice Farm Goods

This education program is designed for Children ages 5-12. If your child falls outside of those ranges, please reach out and let’s chat. We are happy to work with every situation.
We are preparing a unique learning haven where education meets hands-on experience in the heart of our working farm. We emphasize three core principles: Hard Work, Hands-on learning, and Fun times on the Farm.
Hard Work
The students will fully engage in the day-to-day tasks essential for keeping our farm thriving. Students roll up their sleeves alongside our team, undertaking a variety of chores tied to the season. These pulling weeds, planting crops, harvesting food, working on irrigation, and tackling whatever task the farm presents. This authentic, hands-on approach not only builds character but also a deep understanding of the effort required to sustain a farm.
Hands-On Learning
We nourish curious minds by delving into the exciting world of farming. Our focus is on agriculture, covering gardening from seed starting to plant cultivation. We also introduce farm implements, nourishing plant sustainably, and the fascinating journey of food from farm to table. Students will also gain insight into the life cycles and care of chickens. These ideas bolster real-world knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
Good Ol’ Fun
Play is an essential part of the experience! We believe that children flourish when given the freedom to explore and enjoy themselves. Kids will use our yard to play team-building yard games, find enjoyment away from screens, and find relaxation in ample shaded areas. Our farm is an endless playground, where fun meets learning and creativity blossoms.
