Mixed Greens - Spicy

Greens come in a gallon - sized storage bag, and weighs about 8 oz.

This bag will include some of every field green we're harvesting right now - including the spicy ones! This doesn't mean they're all spicy. It'll have some arugula and spring salad mix included to add pizzazz.

Likely to include:

• Lettuce Varieties
• Arugula
• Spring Salad Mix
• Spinach
• Chard
• Kale

If you're anything like me, I like variety in my salad. So I come in from harvesting, and just mix all my greens together in my salad spinner, and that's what we use! I get the variety of nutrients, tastes and colors - and it's wonderful.

So if you don't want multiple bags of multiple greens to get a good mix, we've got you covered!
