What are Microgreens?

• Young seedlings of edible vegetables
• Typically 1 to 3 inches tall
• Known for their intense flavor and high nutrient content
• Often contain more vitamins and minerals than mature plants

Why grow Microgreens?

• Excellent way to get nutrition during the winter (or emergencies)
• Provide up to 40 X more vitamins and minerals than their mature counterparts
• Improve heart health, brain health, and blood sugar regulation
